Information you provide to us

If you use the enquiry form on the Contact page, we collect whatever you enter into it: your name, phone number, email address, the service you select (if any), and your message. This is submitted voluntarily, by you, when you choose to send an enquiry.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information through this website.

What we do with it

Enquiry form submissions are sent, by email, to the firm, so that we can respond to your enquiry. You also receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt. We use the information you submit only to respond to you and, where an engagement follows, to carry out that engagement - not for marketing emails, newsletters, or any purpose unrelated to your enquiry.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

How enquiries are stored

Enquiry details arrive in the firm's email inbox and are retained there as part of our ordinary business correspondence, for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you, to carry out any resulting engagement, and to meet our own record-keeping obligations as a professional practice.

Third-party services this website uses

This website is a static site with no user accounts and no advertising. It does use a small number of third-party services to function:

• Google Fonts - typefaces used on this site are loaded from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) rather than hosted by us.
• Google Apps Script - the Contact page's enquiry form submits to a Google Apps Script web app, which sends the enquiry on to our email and sends you an automatic confirmation.
• Google Maps - the map embedded on the Contact page is served directly from Google.
• WhatsApp - links and buttons on this site that say "WhatsApp" open a conversation in WhatsApp (operated by Meta); any message you send there is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms, not ours.

Each of these is operated by its respective provider (Google or Meta), under its own privacy terms, which we do not control.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of its own, and we do not track visitors across other websites. We do not currently run Google Analytics or any similar service on this site. The third-party services listed above (in particular, the embedded Google Map) may set their own cookies when loaded in your browser; those are controlled by Google, not by us.

This site does ask your browser to request a small number of fonts from Google's servers, which, like any web request, discloses your IP address to Google as a technical consequence of loading the page.

Spam and automated submissions
